San Diego’s Food-As-Medicine concept, Enclave Café, debuted its breakfast menu at their Scripps Ranch location (Juneshine) on a Tuesday, January 25th.

Known for its flavor and medicinal profile of ingredients that make its food delicious and healing, highlights of the new menu include:
Hot Lava Stacks – paleo waffle, fried chicken, eggs and bacon topped with hot honey
BAE Toast – bacon, avocado and egg on housemade sourdough toast
Breakfast Burrito – with meat, vegetarian or vegan options
Sandy Eggo Sandos –  bacon or chicken sausage, egg and arugula on a choice of housemade sourdough bagel,  sourdough brioche or gluten-free bread
Various croissant flavors created by the famed pastry chef, Dyan Ng of SUI croissants
BONUS: a FULL coffee bar featuring Jaunt Coffee

Following the lunch + dinner menu’s roots, everything is made in-house, from Moringa sourdough discard organic tortillas to sourdough Dutch crunch brioche buns. You can view the full menu HERE.
