AFTER her feud with former boss and EastEnders villain Suki Panesar, Honey Mitchell has found a new job.
The sudden career change will surprise many in the BBC One soap, particularly her former husband Billy Mitchell.
Honey (portrayed by actress Emma Barton) has chosen a new path and is determined to stop anyone from stepping on her toes after being relentlessly bullied and blackmailed by Suki (played by Balvinder Sopal).
In new episodes of the long-running drama, due to air on screens next week, Billy (Perry Fenwick) is made fun of by traders when it is revealed that his former wife Honey is Walford's new Market Inspector.
The job was left vacant after Stacey Fowler (Lacey Turner) realised it was not making her happy.

She decided instead to start her own business, making her debut at the head of a food van in Albert Square.
Honey makes it clear to Billy: despite their previous connection, there will be no favourites on her watch.
However, Jean Slater (Gillian Wright) doesn't get the memo and presents Honey with a cake in order to secure a safe spot on the market for her daughter's business, Stacey's Baps.
Once again, Honey makes it clear that bribery won't help anybody, leading Stacey to become furious with her mother.
Honey is back in business after throwing in the towel at Suki's Minute Mart.

Both women were initially growing close after Suki's son Jags died after he was beaten to death in prison.
The Panesar family learned of his death in June, 2021, and have been grieving ever since.
Suki even confessed to Honey that Jags' imprisonment was down to her.
But after attempting to kiss Honey, Suki went back to her cold-hearted ways.
The well-known EastEnders villain bullied and threatened Honey over the kiss, which even led to a heated confrontation between her son Kheerat and Honey's partner Jay.
Honey then left for a trip to Miami with Janet after quitting her job.
Upon her return to Walford, Honey was offered her job back by toxic boss Suki – an offer she perhaps wisely declined.
How will Suki react to Honey's new venture?
