Mom-to-be Sonam Kapoor kickstarts her day with an all-time favourite concoction of honey and lemon juice mixed in warm water. It not only aids digestion but also helps the skin glow from within.

Kiara Advani’s go-to morning drink is Turmeric Water or Haldi Wala Pani. Turmeric is known for its antibacterial properties and is a wonder-spice for your health. Turmeric water is super easy to make. Just mix ¼ tsp honey in a glass of warm water and have on an empty stomach.

Shilpa Shetty is one of the fittest in the industry and keeps herself healthy and toned with yoga and diet. CCF drink is her favourite, which is also a one-stop solution for all gut-related ailments.

Anushka Sharma’s morning routine is packed with immunity-boosting properties and benefits health in a big way. She follows a 3-step morning ritual which starts with a turmeric latte, followed by a jar of lemon water and lastly ends with some alkaline water, which is a mix of lemon, baking soda, and water to reduce the acidity.

Rashmika Mandanna likes to begin her day with a glass of ACV or apple cider vinegar. It flushes out toxins from the body and improves skin health. To make it, just mix 1 tbsp of ACV in 1 glass of warm water.
